26.12.2006: Bank FORUM named in the TOP 10 most transparent banks in Ukraine; Joint analyses Transparency and Disclosure Survey of Ukrainian Banks in 2006 and Corporate Governance in Ukrainian Banking Sector in 2006 held by Standard & Poor's international rating agency and Financial Initiatives Agency, Ukraine, resulted in the high expert appraisal of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank Forum.

19.12.2006: Victor Zinchenko appointed Member of the Board of the JSC Bank Forum; Mr Zinchenko, Head of the Financial Markets Department was appointed Member of the Board of the JSC Bank Forum on December 12, 2006. Prior to joining the Bank, Victor Zinchenko was employed at Antek Bank and First Ukrainian International Bank.
